Once a gravel type system becomes wet the gravel absorbs moisture, holding the moisture under the floor. This can create conditions for mold, mold that can creep up out of the floor without your knowledge making you or your family ill.

A Hydra Stone GL System from Nordhoff Group will not create this condition for MOLD and or other river gravel type contaminants. The Hydra Stone GL System provides the maximum space for flow when needed and will not absorb or restrict water flow that would create moist conditions.
